Union Square is a blend of contemporary and historical design that won the Best Grand Rapids Redevelopment in 2007.  The building is the oldest school building in Grand Rapids.  What started in 1825 as the Grand River Valley’s first Native American Mission is now the hottest new downtown address for the modern urban dweller. The building that now occupies the corner of Turner and Broadway was built in 1872 and was Grand Rapid’s primary high school until 1968.  For more information on the Union Square building, please visit www.unionsquaregr.com
